Billing

25% of the estimated cost of the event / function is mandatory as advance for confirmation.

Rest amount needs to be paid at least 7 days prior to the Event/Room.

In case of request for bill to be credited due credit request form need to be filled up and on approval a BTC letter (on company letterhead) to be submitted at least 7 days pror to the date of function.




If approved, a credit limit of maximum 15 days can be allowed. The due amount must be settled within the stipulated credit limit, beyond which an interest of 8% will be liable to be chaarged.
